We created this policy as part of our ongoing effort to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, enabling you to transform your living space into your own personal showroom, and try your favorite design in the comfort of your own home before making a long-term commitment.

We're able to offer 30 days returns due to our strong and steadfast belief in our products. The vast majority of our customers are pleased with their purchases, with only a very small fraction initiating returns.

We understand that flexible policies are important to you. However, we reserve the right to approve returns, based on the condition of the piece and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team through the customer service widget in the bottom right corner of your screen or email us at [email protected].

When contacting us, please provide:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos of the item in its original packaging

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return label if applicable.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. In certain cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative refund method.

We will refund the amount paid minus a 25% return shipping fee and the outbound shipping fee.

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 2-14 business days.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item:

Contact our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange
Return the original item in its original, undamaged packaging
Pay any price difference if the new item is of greater value
Standard return fees will apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged upon delivery or not as described:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide photos of the damage or discrepancy
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Please note: Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return. Returns are only accepted in the original and undamaged packaging.

Cancellations

Within 24 hours of order placement

Orders canceled within 24 hours of order placement, and prior to our warehouse picking the order for shipment, will be canceled for a full refund.

After 24 hours of order placement

Orders canceled after 24 hours of order placement, and prior to our warehouse picking the order shipment, will receive a refund of the order's subtotal minus a 10% processing fee.

Our Return & Refund Policy complies with UK and EU consumer protection regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to update this policy to comply with changing legal requirements.
